Collaboration

ANFI, EEG Learn and the Hummingbird Centre are working in partnership to organise webinars dedicated to new approaches in applied neuroscience. Guest presenters, each expert in their fields, share their knowledge and experience.

The following topics are planned for 2022:

Directed by local psychologists Dr. Rickie Elliot and Alikki Russell, the Hummingbird Centre is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals,
including psychiatrists, paediatricians, psychologists, social workers, occupational
therapists and yoga teachers. Along with administrative staff, they support adults, children, teenagers and families to create positive changes in their lives.

At The Hummingbird Centre, all clinicians are trauma and attachment-informed. In addition to traditional talk-therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, they provide additional services such as group programs, neurofeedback, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), Attachment Therapy, parenting support, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

The Hummingbird Centre also provides training and support to mental health professionals and organisations.
